Skipping has never felt this smooth before and it’s easy to progress since I can switch the ropes.
I’ve finally found the exercise system that works for me. As a middle aged uncoordinated male this system paired with the AMP handles has inspired me to exercise beyond just walking. I joined the Army on the 16th of August 1977. According to the records I was 89 kg. For the first time in 47 years I’m once again 89 kg. I had ballooned out to 98 kg, mainly because my chest had slipped! My doctor advised me to loose some weight and ideally get back to around 89 kg. It’s taken eight weeks of exercise, a small change of diet, and the Ropeless AMP system. Now to work on my core and strength!
Since I bought my Crosrope bundles (The Lean and the Amp, both with ropes and ropeless), I’m jumping as much as I can. What a difference this equipment and the app makes. This really motivates me a lot!
I've been using these for a week or two now, and each of them is a great addition to my workouts. The ropes spin with great feedback and work really well with the slim handles of my get lean set (though I'm looking forward to getting the power handles). Highly recommend either the whole set or buying these individually!
Great product, protects your ropes and makes your skipping quieter - important if you need to train and know your neighbours are listening.
For this price, would have preferred to have the AMP version with bluetooth
i recomment to everyone this rope.
I have get lean and get strong 4 years now and still jumping :)
I have been jumproping for maybe roughly 7-8 years. I have had different types of ropes. These ropes feel totally different in the best way possible. If you base all your workouts around jumprope, then get this jumprope. You will not regret it!!!
From the first jump I was transported back in time and I couldn't help but smile. Granted, this might have been the case with any rope since I hadn't jumped in years, but the Crossrope eliminated the problems I used to have back in the day, namely cheap handles and a rope that kinks easily. The spinning action is smooth and the handles are solid. Switching between ropes is super easy, and even going from the 1/4 lb rope to the 1/2 lb rope provides a significant increase in difficulty (at least for me) so there's a lot of room to grow.
Crossrope has made me realize something I might've already known but was afraid to admit: I hate jogging. I like sprinting but I can't do that for very long and jogging long distances even with music is just boring for me. I know it's a fundamental human movement and it's an important skill but it's not my favorite by a longshot. Jumping rope again reminded me how much fun it is. It gets my heart rate near max but I can still do it for a long time. My longest session so far has been almost an hour. I didn't even want to stop because I was having so much fun but my calves disagreed and I eventually started tripping over the rope more often than clearing it. Meanwhile I was developing ankle stiffness and cardiovascular endurance, both of which translate into better running.
I am so glad to have found a form of cardio/conditioning that I actually look forward to. Big thanks to The Bioneer and Crossrope!
My dog chewed up my original non-Amp handles and then I had them replaced with the new Amp ones. I didn't download the app because I have my own routine. I just love the weight on the new handles. They feel more sturdy and heavier also. I have had the crossrope for about 4yrs now and I prefer it over cheaper jumpropes. Spend the money and invest in your health. 💪
I have tried quite a few jump ropes and found Crossrope to be the best.
Comparatively very expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.
Very good quality handles and ropes although spinning them has taken awhile to get used to. It would be a huge plus if the 1/4 and 1/2 lb ropes were adjustable. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the educational support. Merry Christmas and further progress to all in the New Year!
Both ropes are great. During my workout, I regularly have people stopping and asking me where I bought the ropes. The only downside: I feel it is important to use a mat to avoid rapid wear.
I have used the Ropeless 1# and 2# exclusively for jumping this past year and have loved them. The addition of the 3/4# and 1 1/2# to my arsenal has been a welcome development. With the extra sizes, I am able to edit the various workouts to accommodate them. I so appreciate Crossrope’s dedication to always improving the experience for its devotees. Keep up the good work. Blessings, Tony Maxwell
I hate working out and this a workout that I look forward to doing everyday! Especially the cordless ropes! It makes getting a workout in anywhere a piece of cake!
Sure they are good quality handles but you can get a good knock off online for a fraction of the price . I’m sure they will have the ropeless attachments soon for a fraction of the price too. I was going to get the app connected handles but it’s useless unless you pay for a subscription the greed of some people is jarring
I have the original set of weighted Crossrope's and am now using the new style, if you want the best, look no further than CROSSROPE!!!
