If you are in-between sizes, and you're a beginner, the larger size is usually preferable because it allows more room for error. If you are more experienced, then the smaller size tends to be better. If you currently have a rope that you are comfortable jumping with, we recommend measuring your current rope, not including the handles, for a comparison.

Nice ropes

I needed soms time to get used to them, But they are great! I’m used to use jumping ropes that are a little bit longer. But the quality is great and I love the mat!

My new rope and handle are great

Highly recommend the bigger handles for ropes 1lb and over. Even good if you have bigger hands and want a better grip on the handles.

Nice ... just what I ordered.

Well I ordered a new one since I wore out the last one :-) .... still they are very durable, I jump for 30 to 90 minutes 4-6 times a week. There is no alternative to crossrope.

Heavy Rope 3/4 and 1lb

Works best for me with heavy handles. I do a circuit of 1/4-1/2-3/4-1lb. 12 min each set.
Then reverse 1-3/4-1/2-1/4lb. 12 min each set.
Cardio and strengh combined. Great products

Ropeless 2 lb and 1/4 lb

Added the 1/4 lb and 2 lb to my Ropeless ropes. Great for jumping indoors in the winter when I can't jump outside. Also great for practicing technique and form.
