If you are in-between sizes, and you're a beginner, the larger size is usually preferable because it allows more room for error. If you are more experienced, then the smaller size tends to be better. If you currently have a rope that you are comfortable jumping with, we recommend measuring your current rope, not including the handles, for a comparison.

Perfect for Small Spaces (Hotels/Ship Life)

I go out to sea for months at a time and I wanted another cardio option to stay in shape, since running on a treadmill isn't always feasible in high seas. I'm excited to be able to do this in my room without the risk of falling over, hitting the ceiling or disturbing others during their rest. What a great concept!

Outstanding Quality

The quality of these ropeless jump ropes is shockingly high - perhaps to an unnecessary level, in fact, but undeniable. The weight provides strong tactile feedback that quickly illuminated the left-right hand-control asymmetry that likely was behind my lack of skill with a traditional rope - and helped to minimize it almost immediately. With a history of foot problems, I liked that I wouldn’t necessarily have to jump but could instead just heel-raise with each revolution. But I was surprised to find the weight makes jumping feel entirely natural and even necessary. The price is definitely (too) high. But it is a really impressive product across the board that I highly recommend.

One of the best fitness equipment investments I have made

I love my new ropeless set! I have a home gym but the ceilings are a bit too low to use a jump rope and for years I just gave up on my desire to jump rope. That’s why I was so happy when I stumbled across the ropeless system. I love the fact that it mimics the work of a “real” jump rope by making your arms and core work. Yes I had tried just moving my hands in a jump rope motion before but it’s not the same. There is absolutely no feedback. I appreciate you all bringing these to market and I love that there are varying weights for the ropeless systems too.

What is the length and weight of the Ropeless attachments?
End to end, each ropeless attachment is approximately 14 inches. The attachments mimic the weight of certain ropes but don't actually weigh as much.
Do the Ropeless attachments work with the Crossrope app?
Yes you can still follow the same workouts in the Crossrope app using your Ropeless attachments.

The Crossrope App gives you access to new workouts, challenges, activity tracking, and more. When you purchase from Crossrope, you can choose to add a 30 day free trial of the Crossrope Membership. This will unlock all our workouts and challenges, advanced workout filtering options, our new Count feature, and more. Please note if you’re a Premium subscriber the Jump Count feature will not work with Ropeless attachments since the ropes do not strike the ground.
