We heard your feedback and have made it easier than ever to review your past workouts. Now, with just a few taps, you can dive into your workout history, check your stats, and even re-do workouts you’ve done before.
Here’s how it works:
1. Navigate to Your Stats: Click on the Stats page via the button in the top navigation bar. This new section highlights your recent workouts at a glance.
2. Access the Full List: Tap the arrow button next to Recent Activities to expand the list and view all your recent sessions.
3. Filter Your History: Easily sort your workout history by categories such as strength training, cardio, free jumps, classes, and more.
4. Dive into Details: Click on any workout cell to review your performance stats. To re-do an old workout, tap the three dots icon
5. Customize by Date: Want to focus on workouts from a specific period—say, just this month? Go back to the Stats page, and simply select the desired date range, then click the > button next to workouts to filter your sessions accordingly.
Hopefully with this update, you’ll find the Crossrope app easier to navigate, review your performance, and re-do old workouts! This update is just on iOS now, but we hope to have it on Android soon. Don't have the app yet, check it out on the App Store here.
