> Crossrope Get Lean Set - get the Get Lean (we're using the 1/2 Lb rope)

The Get Lean set comes with two weighted ropes - the green 1/4 Lb rope and the white 1/2 Lb rope

Jump Rope Workout: Interval Workout

Today's jump rope workout routine is a simple jump rope interval workout.

Although only one jump rope is needed for this workout, we suggest that you go with a slightly heavier one (we went with the 1/2 Lb rope).

In this workout, we run through 10 rounds of the following:

  • 30 seconds of max-effort jumps
  • 30 seconds of rest

While one partner is jumping for 30 seconds, the other is resting. You're going to switch every 30 seconds until you complete 10 rounds together. Note that we use a mix of basic jumps and alternate foot jumps for this workout, but you can use any exercise you wish.

If you want to learn the basic jump and alternate foot jump, you can find video tutorials here.
