Simone’s journey into the world of fitness was anything but conventional. With a deep-rooted passion for health and movement, she never anticipated that her love for exercise would transform into a full-fledged career. In 2022, when her husband accepted a new job opportunity, they made the life-changing decision to sell their business. This transition left Simone at a crossroads, contemplating whether to return to her previous career in dentistry or explore a new path that truly ignited her passion.
Encouraged by her husband to pursue personal training—something she had always enjoyed—Simone took a leap of faith. She earned her Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and soon after, completed an 8-week internship with a top gym franchise. Her dedication and energy quickly paid off, landing her a full-time position where she built strong client relationships and found immense joy in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Discovering a Passion for Jump Rope Training
When Simone found her way to Crossrope, she uncovered a whole new level of fitness. Jump rope training quickly became one of her favorite ways to work out.
“I love the challenge of combining jump rope, bodyweight exercises, and weighted ropes to create dynamic, full-body workouts,” she says. Fitness, for Simone, isn’t just about physical transformation - it’s also about mental resilience and emotional well-being.
“I need my daily dose of exercise to stay happy and energized,” she shares. Through her own journey, she’s learned that prioritizing movement and nutrition is the key to feeling strong, confident, and ready to take on life’s challenges.
