New! Compete against your projected jumps and set new PRs in workouts!

Introducing a new way to stay even more motivated during AMP workouts: Battle your projected jump counts for the entire workout and set new PRs!

As you already know, AMP and TargetTrainer let you compete with personalized targets for how many jumps to do during each jump interval of workouts to beat your targets, so your workouts will be more intense and fun.

Screenshot within workout with TargetTrainer, green bar labeled as pace toward target, black bar is jump target

In this screenshot, you have a target of 58 jumps to hit this interval, and the green bar is ahead of the black bar, meaning you're ahead of the pace to hit the target.

And then you can see after each interval how many targets you’ve hit and missed, like here, where you’ve hit all 4 targets so far.

Targets hit and missed

Now you can easily see how many jumps ahead of the overall targets you are WITHIN the workout during each Rest and Change Ropes interval!

Let’s say you beat the first target by 1 jump - now you can see that you're +1 jumps ahead of target.

After workout interval 1, +1 ahead of target

Then if the next interval, you beat the target by +3 jumps, now you can see how you're +4 total jumps ahead of the target.

Rest in workout +4 ahead of target

This helps motivate you to keep jumping, even after you’ve hit each target, so you can see that number climb.

Even if you don’t hit all of your targets, you can focus on trying to keep your jumps ahead of the total target.

After a workout, you can see how many total jumps you are ahead of the target (+23 in this screenshot).

Set New PRs

If you do a workout you've done before, now you can compete against your PR to do more jumps than you’ve ever done for the workout!

On the workout preview, you can see your PR (691 jumps below), and in this case, if you hit all your targets, you'll only get to 668 jumps, so you need to beat your targets by at least +24 jumps to set a new PR.

You can also see the +24 jumps ahead of target needed to set a new PR before you start your workout.

Start of workout, shows you need to beat targets by 24 to set a new PR

Now during the workout, you might be +8 jumps ahead of target, and you can still see you need to get to +24 jumps ahead of the targets to set a new PR.

In this case, you need to beat the remaining targets by +16 jumps total throughout the remaining part of the workout, and you can strategize how you'll make up those additional 16 jumps in the upcoming intervals.

Fast forward to further along the workout, let's say you're on pace to set a new PR, now you can see that you're +42 jumps ahead of the target, and you only needed to get to +24 ahead of target to set a new PR.
