Why We Built Crossrope Teams
At Crossrope, we’ve seen firsthand how being part of a team can transform motivation. Brad, one of our team members, was looking for a way to jump more consistently. When he joined a team with a shared goal, everything changed. He found himself more motivated, more engaged, and more consistent than ever before.
During internal testing, beta trials, and the initial rollout over the four months before launch, we saw that jumpers who joined teams:

How Crossrope Teams Work
Teams are built around monthly jump goals
When you join a team, your individual monthly jump goal contributes to your team’s overall goal. You’ll be able to see how your teammates are doing, track your progress, and compare it to where you should be based on the month’s progress.
Each team is also assigned Coach Joe, an automated coach bot that:
👊 Gives daily updates on your team’s progress
🔥 Helps facilitate team conversations and check-ins
🎉 Encourages you to celebrate wins and keep each other accountable
Plus, every time you complete a workout, it gets posted to your team’s feed. This way, your teammates can see your progress, send virtual high-fives, and get inspired to keep going. You’ll also see when others complete workouts, giving you that extra push to stay on track.
And don’t worry—if you ever feel like you’re getting too many team notifications, you can customize them in Team Settings.
How to Join a Crossrope Team
🔹 Step 1: Make sure you have AMP and an active membership (Lite or Standard) – This ensures your jumps count toward your personal and team goals.
🔹 Step 2: Head to the Community tab in the Crossrope app – Tap on Teams in the top left, then follow the instructions to request to join a team.
🔹 Step 3: Get matched with teammates – We’ll find jumpers with similar jump numbers and place you on a team. This usually happens within a few days. You’ll receive a notification when you’re assigned a team, and you’ll be able to access it from the Teams page in the app.
🔹 Step 4: Start jumping! – Track your progress, support your teammates, and work together toward your collective jump goal.

Stay Flexible with Your Goals
Life happens—injuries, travel, and unexpected breaks can throw off your goals. That’s why we’ve made it easy to adjust your jump goal anytime in the Team Settings.
If you need to scale back for a month, simply update your goal. Can’t jump at all? Set your goal to 1 jump so you can stay part of the team without pressure.
