If You Purchase Through the App Store (iPhone or iPad)

1. Set up Apple Family Sharing with your family members.

2. Purchase the Membership on one of your devices (Open the app → Tap the menu icon (top-right) → Go to Membership).

3. On a family member’s device, open the Crossrope app and go to the Membership page.

4. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases to grant access.

5. Repeat for other family members (up to 5 total).

If You Purchase Through the Play Store (Android)

1. Set up Google Play Family Library with your family members.

2. Purchase the Membership on one of your devices (Open the app → Tap the menu icon (top-right) → Go to Membership).

3. Each family member should install the app and register an account.

4. Email [email protected] with:

• Your account details (email used for your active app account)

• The email addresses of your family members' Crossrope accounts

• A screenshot of your Family Library setup
  Our team will activate access for your family.

If You Purchase Through the Website

1. Ensure you have an active Membership from our website.

2. Each family member should install the app and register an account.

3. Email [email protected] with:

• Your account details

• The email addresses of your family members' Crossrope accounts
  Our team will get everything set up.
